NEW YEARS SCORE GOALS!! for 2013

I have had a pretty good finish on last years SCORE Goals,,,, have had 4 700plus games toward the end of the year! First 700, was just that, and I posted the score, it was a league 700! Then came the others, including the second goal I set up after the first 700, a 750! As I have said,, lol,,,, the 749 is close enough, and it was a league 749 also!

I think now a reasonable goal might be 777!! I like the way the numbers look side by side! As far as high game,,,, I have had very close calls dozens of times with the 300, but since I have a 298, my new goal will be 299,,lol…. I hear once you have bowled your first, the following come more often! I know that’s the case with Jason/The Dude!! He now bowls 300’s like most people change socks, or underwear!

When he is on,,, he is one hell of a bowler!!

I did that last year. 256, 161 258. I kept telling my friends how disappointed I was. They could't figure it out, I bowled 2 really good games so why was I upset. Cause the second game sucked, and ruined what could have been a great night.

My goal is to try and avg 190-200 for the season on Wed and 170 on Mondays sport league.

Join a Sanctioned league;

Improve my consistency;

roll a 500 series;

improve my personal best game (201);

And, generally just get a lot better.

Stop the open frames. I checked a couple days ago, and out of 159 league games this season, I have 50 clean games. That's a 31% clean game rate. I checked my summer league, and I finished that with a 21% clean game rate, so while I am improving, I'm not where I want to be. That being said, I don't know what is a realistic target. Obviously I'd prefer to have it up to 50% or 60% but I don't know if that is unreasonable (sounds like it is lol). Oh well, set the goals high! I'd be happy with 45% the rest of the way

And bowling 3 consistent games instead of having one under 200 like I usually do.
Sparing that damn 7-pin consistently.
