Default HighSchool and Pre Schoool leagues at my local lanes

Going in for Monday Night League and the lanes were not ready for us because Local Prep school teams were finishing up practice. It was interesting to see a bunch of kids sitting around, some with their own ball and shoes, others using house ball/shoes. I did not actually see the practice, but I can see the future of the sport in the local community. I like the fact that the teams were purely entry level. You did not need to have anything but time and willingness to learn.

It must be very difficult to teach such a varied group with so many different levels of bowling at the same time.
I live by three simples rules:

    1. Don't ever ask about my business
    2. Never discuss business at the table
    3. Don't ever side with anyone against the family

Yes it is. Our youth league has kids as young as 6 and as old as 18. It includes all the high school players when not is season. The 18 year old bowls collegiately. Averages range from a 58 to 223. I have 60 kids all to myself and that alone makes it difficult.
The alley owner and myself are developing a "learn to bowl" program. It will be for all ages but for the beginner bowler. In exchange for my help, the owner has offered to pay for my silver certification seminar. I would have helped for free but I'm not stupid either, I agreed to his terms.
