Thread: Should I Buy the Storm Sync?

Default Should I Buy the Storm Sync?

Well, if you noticed in the other thread, I am obsessed with the Storm Sync. It looks utterly amazing. I've been watching the videos on youtube and it's driving me crazy. I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm getting a nice tax return coming up so money's not an issue. It's only $160 on the web on various bowling sites.

Right now, I have a Storm Frantic, Storm Tropical Breeze, Storm Invasion, and a random plastic ball. Clearly, the Sync would be my really heavy oil ball. It's so strong, it'd give me the ability to easily play through the middle, get outside, but still come back and smash the hell out of the pocket.

So what do you guys think? Do I REALLY need the Sync? I say yes, but I need impartial opinions.

Oh, and the deal I offered in the other thread is still on the table. I will trade my body and/or soul for this ball if someone wants to buy me one.

If you look closely all the sites have the same pricing on balls. That's due to some kind of ruling where the manufacturers control how low they can sell them for. Being a competitive industry they naturally almost all go with the lowest allowed.

Now for the ball...............yes you need it. Really? No. But you deserve to have the ball you want.

The real question is, does it add enough variety to my arsenal that it'd be worth it?

the ball would go in perfectly into your arsenal that you already got im thinking on maby getting one my self but im going to drill mine opasite of my HRR my HRR is pin down so i would go with a pin up but this ball is a great ball due to videos but videos get edited a lot and don't show errors that much but with me it could give me a little erro to the right by 1-2 boards and still beable to get back into the pocket.

so if you really want the ball and you got money coming in, get it if it is really what you want its your choice i normally on here get 2 or 3 balls picked out make a thread and have people on here pick between the 3 on witch one i should get and the one with the most votes i get, it helps rather then having to sit there and think of witch one.

It would be a great ball to add to your arsenal; it's a win-win situation since you are obsessed with it and are getting a nice tax return. You might get some naysayers that will tell you that you don't need it, but you gotta treat yourself to a present here and there in life.

Looking at your arsenal,i'd say yes you need this ball! I'd say 5 boards more then the Invasion.

No, the real question is do you ever really bowl on heavy oil? Do you bowl in a sport league, travel to bowl in tournaments, or bowl in PBA regionals? If the answer to any of these is yes, then you need this ball.
