Ya, I wasn't sure what you meant exactly either, because my arm bends just before release to create some extra torque. It's straight on my backswing, though.
If you already told him once, it's up to him now to correct it or not. You could always just bring it up again, letting him know that you are concerned about his safety or something.
like you really shouldnt bend your elbow till you follow thur bending you elbow in ur back swing can cause injury i am trying to find some more info on it if not ill make a video and post it on here but give me a few
ok if u bending it like this your good if ur bending it to add revs thats a no no like any sooner and id say its bad his bending is in his release not his swing

I think it's pretty common for tweeners and crankers to have a slight bend in their elbow on their downswing, just before the release; for a stroker I would expect a completely straight arm until the follow-through. I could be wrong, of course. Not sure about having it bent on the backswing, though. I'm curious to see what you find out.
I was just analyzing my swing on the "coachmyvideo" app and you can only see my arm bend for 1 or 2 frames of film, just before the ball is released.

A slight, natural bend is no big deal. If you are really bending your arm, I'd imagine you are probably muscling the ball which is not a good thing.
I see bad forum everyday out of people, bad spelling, bad punctuation, thread stealing..........

I'm assuming the question is about whether you should offer unsolicited advice to someone (Not a discussion about bent elbows). Who you see is having problem or you think is having a problem with their form.
If it was someone I didn't know, I wouldn't unless they asked. Because You don't know how they would welcome your opinion of their bowling. Some would be thankful, others could take offense at it.
Now if it was someone you knew already and you know how they would accept it, that's another story.
