Keep practicing. When you practice, practice for quality and not quantity. 3 quality games can be as good as 20 games, if you really work on yourself. There are allot of Youtube videos regarding properly release, approach, etc. Concentrate on what your whole body (Hands, feet, arm, etc.) does. Record a video of your form as well, so you can see what you are doing and post them them so we can see as well.
