    Default Looking for feedback

This is my first time posting. I've been having some issues with timing lately and have been practicing on some parts of my game. I wanted some critique on my approach. I apologize the side angle doesn't show the full approach. I had to guess at the camera setup.

I'm sure a number of us would help analyze your form, steps, swing, release, etc. but you have to edit the settings on the video so its public.

For the most part you look pretty good, you might be turning the ball just a little early (need a faster frame rate for the slomo to see better) not much.

You can adjust the timing by holding the ball a little higher or lower (higher slows the swing, lower faster)

I downloaded the video and looked at it frame by frame.
    1. Bowl1820 nailed it as usual. You turn a split second too early
    2. Your swing looks good at speed but your back swing is actually at a slightly higher spot in the shots were your timing was late. If you can increase your slide another inch it will allow for the slight difference in timing.

it seems like because of your height your ball tend to loft more.. maybe can go slightly lower to help with the lofting unless you are comfortable with it like PBA Mika..
