    Thursday Practice was 191-194-168. rying to get more consistent but still getting that one game in each series that is off.

    155-149-150 for Saturday league. Can't find my grove, or just about out of luck, lol. Gonna take the whole week to see if that helps. Gotta get my mind right.

    You'll get there, pal.. If you look at my most recent scores, you'll see I too have one bad game. Its tough to explain, but sometimes I find myself trying to make too many adjustments or sometimes I'm just over-thinking it.

    When it comes down to it, I find myself getting back on track when I remind myself to slow it down, take a deep breath as I'm wiping down my ball and exhale as I set up, before I take my first step. This tends to put me in a trance of control and rhythm that more often than not, corrects all that other stuff I've done in shots that are in the past.

    Maybe this will work for you. I find a clear mind and a slow first step or two can put everything into focus.

    I agree, just haven't been able to find that focus. After watching the masters today to, I wanna go and bowl a few, but have to take a step away and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice!
