I'm still dealing with some tendinitis in both Achilles tendons. Nothing throws me off more than a popping in my Achilles tendon during my follow through.
Well after being out 5+ weeks due to an ankle injury, got back on the lanes tonight 237, 168, 192 for a 597.
A bit uneven, but overall happy with the night.

Greenday did you need to change your approach at all, coming back off Achilles issues?
I have found I needed to shorten my steps on the approach, as I am still feeling tightness in the ankle, which is causing me to pull shots at times.
I figure this close to the end of the season, that I will deal with it and then take some more time off and let the pain and soreness clear up.
I have no injury and cant even do that well lol
Take the off season to heal, stretch and strengthen the achilles and come back next season kicking butt! Darn good scoring coming back from such a serious injury (serious to a bowler). Good luck!
