Lightbulb Mass Bias on your VAL. (increased 7 pin leaves)

So I have punched out a Roto Grip Theory as follows: Pin under and centered between the fingers with the Mb on the VAL ,my pap is 4 3/4 left and 1/4 down, this ball is also polished at 1500,it rolls great ...is very predictable, but it's (I'M) leaving ringing 7 pins out the ***....thinking of giving it a bit more surface,or moving outside 8 board and adding speed. 40x5x35....any thoughts ??

just for future reference, post this in one of the other sections such as bowling general.

regarding your question, layouts are still one of the things im a dope about, but have you tried playing a different line or adjusting your axis rotation?

I believe placing the PSA(MB) on the VAL, the balls reaction will lean more toward forward roll. It will straighten out some and reduce entry angle.

I think I would go with a line change first to get a entry angle change on the pocket (the ball is coming a little light I believe right now, do to entry angle.), try it without adding speed at first.

If that doesn't help then try adding a surface change.

Right handed Stroker, high track ,about 13 degree axis tilt. PAP is located 5 9/16” over 1 3/4” up.Speed ave. about 14 mph at the pins. Medium rev’s.High Game 300, High series 798

yes I agree that the MB on VAL will produce forward roll, which is what I was looking for,so I'll kick it outside a little further first before surface change and thanks for taking the time to edit the title..it's more to the point now.
