i love my wrist brace. Its amazing how much practicing a couple times a week helps. That combined with reading some of the posts here
Hey all,
First I am going to apologize for not taking video, I meant to but was just in the zone and didn't think of it. Anyhow before tonight my scores where between 100-140. Really inconsistent.
How ever tonight after taking about a week off and bowling for the first time with my Brunswick Powerkoil, I did about 7 games. My first game was a little weird getting use to the wrist guard, but bowled a 145. At the end of my first game I got the hang of adjusting it to how I liked, and oh man It was game on.
my next two games where 172 then 183, after that I topped out at 213 (Yes, I finally broke 200!!) then when back to 185 and a 150. By then my arm was getting tired and wasn't able to keep my ball on my arrow.
Gonna thank the help on this forum for teaching other people what to look for, the I ninja'd and did for myself and my Wrist guard. Not only did I not break my wrist during the release, but my wrist doesn't even hurt!! All in all good night for me and I feel a lot more comfortable about trying to get on a league.
