Sync and BN are too similar, in my opinion. The Marauder by DV8 or IQ Tour Pearl by Storm would fit better.

The thread title reminded me of a time when I thought having more than two bowling balls was ridiculous. I would have put an exclamation point (and a question mark) after it if someone asked me about getting a new bowling ball. That was some years ago. I now own seven of them and it looks like I'll get obtaining another one at the end of summer. I'm telling you, if you don't watch out, you'll be rolling in with two five ball carriers someday.

I agree with bill, the sync is another heavy oil ball, i see two maybe thee spots for balls:

Medium to heavy: fits right between the misfit and brutal nightmare, something like a marauder, IQ tour

Light oil: something urethane or really weak reactive like a slingshot

Spare ball: if you don't have one yet, i would get one of these, cheap and great for those pesky corner pins

Ya I have an old Columbia spare ball from the early 90s. I can shoot my misfit and Bn strait at corner pins I pick them up 98% of the time my problem is I can't hook my balls very well getting a coach soon.

I absolutely love my Sync. But right now, it's pretty unnecessary for your arsenal. I'd go light oil ball to give you the most diverse group of bowling balls.

Not all but a lot of bowlers have trouble going straight after developing a good hook. The different releases can cause issues and hence, a plastic ball that will go straight with any release may become necessary later.
Have you looked at the Motiv Primal Scream? That would also fit nicely between the two you currently have.
