It's your first bowling after vacation.... I'd write it off that while you were there physically, your mind was still off on vaca (which I hope was a good one!)

So much for staying on track and being positive about bowling...still kinda going thru some mental slumps; but now getting more excited with the change in my footwork.

So up to date:

Tues 07/09 pm - 194, 137, 186 = 517 / 26 under avg
Fri 07/12 am - 172, 161, 134 = 467 / 52 under avg
Tues 07/16 pm - 181, 177, 159 = 517 / 20 under avg
Fri 07/19 am - 149, 176, 147 = 472 / 41 under avg (first league play with new 5-step approach, coached on Thurs and changed)

Tues 07/23 pm - 181, 212, 218 = 611 / 74 over avg - threw the ball well and felt good with new 5-step approach
Fri 07/26 am - 182, 219, 152 = 553 / 46 over avg - too hot and humid, just lost focus last game and didn't shell down quick enough
