The video itself it good. Too bad it was on a burnt lane condition.
Each company seems to have a different definition of what a fast speed is and a "cranker's" rev rate but 16-17 mph at the pins with a rev rate below 400 doesn't seem to qualify to me but that is only my opinion.

Speed and rev rate posted in intro have nothing to do with Motiv... solely my doing. Although I will disagree with you on both of your findings...

I didn't mean Motiv specifically. When you search some of the companies and they try to match your speed and rev rate some call 17 mph medium while others say it's fast. There just aren't any industry accepted standards to define them.

Just as some define style based on rev rate while others define it by how smooth the bowler is. I recentl read an article where Tommy Jones and Wes Malott were classified as Power Strokers.

Nothing wrong with having differing opinions but the facts in the video are clear; 1. that ball is a very good piece of equipment 2. that speed was around 17 mph 3. rev rate was below 400 4. your axis rotation and tilt matched great with the ball and conditions 5. I still enjoyed the video and can appreciate and respect the effort that goes into making a quality video

I understand.. maybe you can watch my other videos on my youtube channel and tell me what you think.... I guess I say fast bc I know that I can throw my first ball 20 when need be consistently... and I say cranker bc I can have plenty hand when need be.. not specifically for that video on that condition.

I subscribed to your channel lol
The 2cruel vid had the speed and revs. A 4 min strike fest was tedious lol. I noticed on the video more than the Ascent solid vid that when you missed, it still struck. Why not seperate those shots, overlay where you missed and give the ball some credit for either holding the line or coming back strong? The missed shots seem to get the most credibility on this site. Showing them and her brutal honesty are two reasons Angela Wilt is such a favorite here.

I did like the part of the 2cruel vid where in the stats you listed your shirt and hat, awesome advertising for apparel and the reverse image shot in the Ascent solid vid.

I guess I went 4 mins bc it was 2 diff layouts... not sure what you mean by overlay? I really don't have editing software to speak of... or I am not very proficient at what I have.

In that case, instead of what I was thinking with an overlay just write in 'missed 2 boards left' or whatever.
I've watched more of your videos. You're very proficient at changing your speed, revs and tilt. Do you normally do this instead of changing lines or is this for video purposes? It's not an issue, I'm just curious.

I tend to change my hand first based on what I am faced with... I guess this is a result of not having many options as far as diff layouts on diff balls when I was learning. All my videos were shot on various conditions, so I may have had to adjust my hand based on the ball capabilities. But I will take that as a compliment, so thanks! I think more younger players today rely on drilling 38 balls for a tournament with every layout possible instead of tweaking their release. Maybe it's just cool to be able to drill that much stuff... I don't know.

Hand changes are a lost art. Loved seeing it.

What are your thoughts on the new Primal Rage?
