    Default Mashed this up

Don't know if anyone else wants to use this or not. Mashed this up from a few resources I found online as a tool to keep my notes in order when it comes to my coaching sessions. I have a hard time reading my writing from session to session in regards to my starting point, release point, target, and where I hit.

OK I got a question whats a PDF how do you use PDF files what are they good for what do you use them on do you print them out and then write on them or what? Sorry about this everyone but I didn't get a computer until I was high school even then I didn't have the internet took me awhile to talk my folks into letting me have that. but I did take computers in school but not in high school middle school I went to an alternative school caused I was getting bullied at the regular school and they did nothing about it.

Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format that can be view on most different type computers All you need is a PDF reader.

Most people use Adobe Reader it's on a lot of computers already, just download the file and try to open it, If it opens you already have a reader for it.

If it doesn't open you can download Adobe Reader.

You can download it here (it's free):
    http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Before clicking the download on that page, Make sure to uncheck the optional McAfee Security Scan Plus. You don't want it.

    There are other readers also.
