I dunno, I agree with you Iceman that that's what it looks like. But it seems almost like they're pushing too much oil around. Seems like it would be a lot tougher to make adjustments if that much oil is getting pushed around. But who knows....I'm not an expert....could be the oil, could be an optical illusion.

Ok,,, when skiing in water, it looks a lot like what I see in this slow motion, up close look at a ball going through oil. Oil is a liquid, (much thicker then the viscosity of water for sure), but I think what we are seeing in the flick, it much like water skiing! The wake, looks almost identical, and then it flows somewhat back like water to its original position, minus the amount attached to the ball! Some balls, for sure absorb more then others, but the remainder flows slowly back, like when skiing!

I think a little bit of what I'm seeing is the ball's reflection in the oil, and not the oil parting like Moses parted the Red Sea. Or like Iceman parted the THS, if you will.

Or it could just be the bowling alley itself in general. Who knows? O.o

If Moses could part the Red SEA, and I am old enough to have known him personally,,,, then this ball could in reality be Parting, the bowling alley oil, with the help of the lord!

I called the lanes where this was filmed, and they said, ICEMAN you were right on!!! only 10 percent of what you see is reflection! I got this information from a good secret source, that I can not divulge!!
