Get Coaching any way you can!
Not much to say new, other than if you have not had the pleasure of having a certified coach give you a lesson, you don't know what you are missing!
Our city association just invited up a USBC Sliver level coach, and what a GREAT session I had. He DVD'ed the entire session (little over an hour) and helped me correct some very basic problems that I didn't even realize I had until he showed me on the video replay.
If you have never had a pro coaching session, go get on now....for those of you who have, can I get an AMEN BROTHER!!

Amen brother! I've said it a bunch of times on this forum.....an hour with a good coach is worth at least 100 hours of practicing on your own.
