    1. I like bowling the cosmic style, with dark lanes, flashing lights, and music so loud it almost busts your ear drums, but not quite! I like looking at chicks wearing outfits that most lanes, 20 years ago would consider unacceptable! I Like throwing 6lb balls hard, fast, and in any directions, since you can't see anyway, in the dark and who wants to look at 10 white pins, when you got chicks to look at! Cosmic Bowling Rules

So old school that I keep a tool tote with various handsaws, hammers and planes in my van as well as a hand drill and brace and bits for emergencies.

Also can be seen chauffeuring my wife in our 1930 Model A that is completely stock except the turn signals, and aftermarket heater from the thirties and a wolf whistle.

If it was a '71 Ranchero or F100 I'd be sure to put one in. In 1930 few cars had AM radios, let alone a CB one.

I miss keeping score. I wonder how many casual bolwers today even know how to do it? When I was a kid we learned to keep score in bowling as part of gym class. The one part of gym class where I shined!

I learned from my Dad/Uncle/Grandpa and then "officially" learned during bowling PE elective in college. But I have to admit...I still look up at spares and strikes and try to add it in my head and sometimes go, "wait...no...why isn't it showing the score....it's the 10 pins, then the next 2 balls...oh wait...is the ball following the spare part of the 2nd ball??? Confused."

It's just like calculators and spell check...it's made us lazy. I miss the ole overhead projectors where you're writing the scores and it's projected above...it was cool.
