My first ball was an old brown columbia white or was it yellow dot. Then I used a Dick Weber 5 Star All Pro rubber ball, still have it up in the attic.

    Default messanger Titanium

funny I just started bowling sanctioned league 2 years ago, but I did buy a ball for recreational bowling a while back, and it was my first ball, it was a 16lb silver, messanger, Titanium! I was with my brother, and bowled a 268 my second time out with my brother! He was so blown away, that he, (( behind my back)), went up the counter and purchased a bowling pin, that had my score, and the date!
Again this was before I was even on a league, or bowled seriously! LOL I have 2 pic's showing both sides,,, the original is the side that the alley wrote the congrat's lol

Since then I have added many other scores and there date to the pin also! That was nice of my brother!

That is so cool that some of you still have your parents or grandparents bowling balls and still use them.

My Mom's Black Beauty was stolen along with my car in San Diego.

So e-tank if you see a Black Beauty with the name "SONYA" on it, grab it!!

    Default Weird!

We went to the Saturday clinic at Fountain Bowl. I swear I haven't seen a ball other than a color coded house ball in years. I went to tuck my bag onto a shelf under the ball racks and low and behold there is an old Black Beauty staring me in the face.

It wasn't my Mom's old ball, but a weird/nice coincedence!

Aqua Brunswick T-Zone that was to heavy....

Backed down to a Pyramid Path that was 2 lbs lighter and while getting that drilled found my Storm Fringe

May not have been my "first" but it remains my favorite (the Fringe that is)

The first Ball my father purchased for me was a black AMF with 3 white dots on it. He said Bowling balls should be black lol. The first ball I purchased was a Columbia 300 white dot. In college I used a wine U dot. Back then, that was a popular ball (the white dot).
