I've gone up and thrown 5 boards off my mark because I wasn't paying attention before...
I got in the habit of looking twice because my buddy and I both throw a Sync. I just feel dumb when I turn around to put someone else's ball back on the return.

My biggest one is getting frustrated, shooting, and immediately forgetting where my ball hit, thus not being able to adjust for my next shot.

My ball is all black which tends to be the only black ball in the return. Everything is so colorful and pretty now.

with the exception of my war eagle and my otb beer spare ball, the rest of my balls are solid in color, compared to the rainbow of colorful balls out there now.
so no, I've never thrown the wrong ball.
plus I look at my ball on the approach.
