Need help with knee bend.
Just getting back into bowling and need help with my knee bend and form. My old legs can't remember what it's like to have a good deep knee bend, and that's leading to me bending over way too much at the waist at the foul line. Does anyone have a drill or mental key for keeping my torso more upright at the slide and getting deeper with my knee bend?

Just work on your balance first. If you're not balanced then you're losing something on every shot. Once you get the balance the knee bend gradually becomes more obvious

That for me is a "living room" drill without a ball. I just do it over and over and bend the knee each time without having to worry about where the ball goes. Of course it's must easier without the ball, but the repetitious drill helps you remember the basic movements. You can do while watching TV too.. HTH.

That's what I need to work on of course I got quite a bit of weight on me and I am trying to lose it I need to quit the garlic cheese spread on crackers cause I eat a tub of it at night I am hooked on it and I am hooked on sodas its zero coke vanilla but it's still bad for me, well actually both things are bad for me. Anyway I am working on Bending my knee so I can work on sliding.
