i give mine baths 2twice a year every 6 months
I am going to go at it one at a time! Starting with my 725 last week nano pearl! I sanded it with 350 4 different positions,,,,, then I will use a 500, then 1000, then reacta shine by storm, which will take it of 1500. out of box or close to it!
Will let you know how it reacts this coming Thursday!

great idea,,, I can't wait to see if it reacts differently now... did the whole nine yards resurface, and polish! It looks and smells pretty again!!
I wipe mine after every throw, and put them on the spinner after every use, and spray simply green/alcohol, with a rag on one side of the ball, while it spinning, I spray on the other, it gets an incredible amount of oil out using this method.

Don't walk on Thin Ice!
Looks sort of like a strange planet.... does it not.... ?? Stare at it for 3 minutes, and you might see movement on the surface... What a planet might look like as your circling it in orbit!!
Ink blot test.... What do you see when staring at the orb for several seconds???
Hummm wit the naked eye, I could not see the groves left behind after using the spinner in four different positions.
I wonder if after using a spinner, should as a last treatment consist of hand buffing with the 1000 grit before putting on the polish that is suppose to take it to 1500! The polish is Storm Reacta Shine... it looks like the groves are going the last direction I had it on the spinner.
shouldn't the groves go all directions, and would hand ruffing it up help in that regards??? I do understand why the last direction would have the groves going circular in the last direction sanded. I did think that the Reacta shine would take it down and maybe cause cross groves??
Its amazing what the camera will bring out!

Just so everyone knows.
350-500-1000-Reacta Shine doesn't get you a 1500 surface.
350/360 Abralon is equal to about a 280 grit in Ansi/Cami sandpaper
500 Abralon is equal to about a 320 grit in Ansi/Cami sandpaper
1000 Abralon is equal to about a 500-600 grit in Ansi/Cami sandpaper
The pads use the European P-Scale for grits and it uses a tighter tolerance for the grits and gives a more even sanding.
And Mike if you used 350 first that's why you see all those deep sand lines in it.
350 is really coarse compared to a 500 pad, a 360 abralon pad is about a 280 grit in paper.
and if it was a 350 paper that has a wider tolerance than the pad and can have some real large grit pieces in it which will leave those deep sand lines your seeing.
