I had the best success with my Roto Grip Wrecker which is drilled pin up. I was playing between 5-10 board and lofting it out more than usual to stop it from sliding so much. The lanes were very oily with not much back end so you needed to watch ball speed as well. My area of Tennessee also was extremely humid last night which didn't help the lane conditions.

Are the bowling balls you have listed all you have? If so, you might want to consider putting a little surface on the wrecker to smooth out the reaction on both the front and back for the chameleon. Just saying.

Your probably right I just have never been one to mess with my bowling ball surface or stuff like that. I pretty much just get it out of the box and throw. I averaged 216 in the fall on a THS but have learned you need to know more about equipment and drilling patterns etc... to really attack sport shots.

I have been the same over the years also just leaving a ball at box finish. I have tried experimenting a little over the past couple of years with abralon pads. It really does open your eyes to some different options though.
