Makes a huge difference,,, when ever I have a game/series I am proud of I always get a copy and save it! I have noticed on certain lanes my
average is in deed higher!!! Good old 28 and 29 at NKC AMF!! Had 3 700 plus series on those lanes...

I have noticed differences in lanes. In the one house I bowl at I noticed lanes 1-12 are typically bad due to the most amount of open bowling is done on those lanes. They are in bad shape. Funny thing though - December 1, 2008 I was on lane 3 and I was thinking right off the bat I was going to bowl bad. Went out in practice and the ball was working really good - ended up bowling my best series ever - 779. So after that I quit thinking about what lane I am on and just bowl. One less piece of mental baggage to worry about - it has tremendously helped my game.

It's funny the way things work. In the center I bowl in on Mondays 1=2 was always 700+ or a low 500. 3 of my award scores were on 19-20 in 3 different centers
