Post The BowlingBoards.com Experience - Week 1 Tip - Avatars

Hello to everyone. In the continuous effort to bring you the best Bowling Forums, we want to give you tips each week to make your BowlingBoards.com experience better.

    Week # 1 Tip

Where is my User Control panel?

When you log into the system, you will notice on the top navigation tabs a Button labeled "USER CP" when you go to this area, you can change so many things, and do so many things.

This week we are going to focus on Avatars.

When you open your User CP which is control panel for short, you can view your control panel navigation.

Down the list under Settings and Options, you see Edit Avatar.

What is an Avatar? An Avatar is your picture, your image on this site. You will notice many people have cartoons, animal pictures, Bowling logos and more. It is what you want to be seen as.

When you click the Edit Avatar option, you will be able to search through our default avatars. But if you do not like any that you see, or one just does not fit who you are, then let us know or search for Avatars online to find one you like. You can upload your own images, or avatars you already use on other forums.

Do you need an Avatar? No, but it is fun and a great to personalize your posts with something you enjoy. After all we are all like family, a Bowling family.

    That's all for this week
    Go Broncos!

I am not sure. I think with time everyone will be a pro at all of this. Each week I hope to focus on a section that maybe some people do not understand how to use.

I do not want to get into very detailed things as I am not looking to confuse anyone.

How can you confuse ppl...tell them to merge e=mc2 into pie divided by the 1/2 the distance of the foul line to the center of the grip line
