    Default Birthday present

My wife picked me up a new bag for my birthday so I get to break it in tonight.

Next is a new ball and shoes (in December).

In the process of switching everything over to the new bag I found the sheet with my 779 series and also my complete 2004 season of scores - holy smokes I was on fire in 2004. Had a ton of great games and series. Need to find my groove again and get rolling.

Well if you saw my old bag you would laugh - I had a 3 ball bag that I retired and I went down to 1 ball so I stole my wife's old bright green and purple bag, lol. It was super cheap and paper thin (surprised I never broke it). Actually a couple of weeks ago our team captain says what is up with that bag, lol. I told him I stole it from my wife, lol. But it was definitely time for new gear since I am back into bowling full swing. And since I am getting a new ball in December figured a 2 ball roller would be decent. For now I threw my plastic spare ball in there in case I am missing 7 pins and want to use it but I will probably never even pull it out of the bag. And when I get the Hammer in December I don't want to keep switching balls in my bag (since I am going to use my old ball on Saturdays on wood lanes and the new ball on the synthetic lanes on Tuesday).

And puns are always intended and free of charge.
