A very messy night. Couple of pocket 7-10s, couple of chops, and a couple of missed 10 pins - including one at the end of game 1 to lose the game for us. Timing was off in game 1, adjusted to that then was off again in game 3. I ended up finishing game 3 out with the Hyroad.

Frankly, lucky to get a 600 out of this one. On to next week and hopefully better results!

Redeemed myself here. Had a couple hiccups in game 1 as I was figuring out the correct line but covered everything. Game 2 I had to double in the 10th to win and did (woo)... offsetting last week's 10 pin whiff. Kept it clean and solidly in the pocket for a pretty solid consistent set! Lanes were playing way heavier than they have, thinking a combination of the warmer weather and maybe a pattern tweak. Didn't bother me any but there were a lot of grumbles from some others.

Well, was off for a week and running on very little sleep. TIming was awful for games 1 and 2 and I tried to compensate for pulling the ball by starting facing further right... which led to worse pulling. By end of game 2 I finally had my physical game back (by straigthening up... was able to project it right and over my mark). One of my worst nights in a while for targeting and overall shot making.

Was throwing the ball a lot better, but ran into transition issues. Had a weird breakdown with a guy on the other team revving a house ball thumbless at about 20 mph (and hooking it in pretty well). Didn't do myself any favors games 2-3 with a couple of chops and single pin misses, but pretty decent besides that. Pretty pleased with the lane reading considering the odd breakdown/carrydown that happened.

Nice night where my timing and rhythm were on. I had a split in each game, 2 7-10s and a 4-6 in the third game where I made a bad adjustment. Was right in the pocket all night, missed pocket on only 3 the whole night... the 4-6 (hit mark, but bal read really early and went through nose), a heavy 6-10 and a light 2-8 on the first ball of the night.

Not my best night, I had a really nice release going but struggled with transitions. Found a nice line end of game 1 into game 2, but that went away for game 3. The hyroad in 3 didn't work so well and ended up going back to the DDT, playing way inside worked OK.

Game 1 was great. Got fast and hit light on a couple of shots but other than that was locked in. Hit transition quickly in game 2 and didn't help my cause by whiffing 2 10pins in a row. With all the 9 counts I switched to the hyroad in game 3 for a little more length and found a decent line. Split the 10th to kill a pretty decent game, but hey.

4/17 - 184, 186, 236 - 606 series

Game 1 was a total mess. I showed up late and didn't get practice in and my timing was all over the place. Thumb was sticking a bit as well. I finally told myself to just post my shot, changed to the hyroad, and rolled off 7 in a row between 1-2... really was just undone by splits in general here. 5 on the night, plus one chop. On the positive, I covered all single pins! Barely hanging on to a 220 avg here with 1 week to go.
