Cool story bro.
Here's my dream from last night, must have been hungry for Hardee's or something: http://youtu.be/v85xuRGwNbA
Figured I'd try an attempt at a lighter hearted thread than "that site sucks, moderators suck, I quit, Aslan is a douche, etc..."
This one is about actual DREAMS you've had that involve bowling. It has to be an actual dream that you recall the next morning. Won't be a huge database...given we tend to rarely dream, remember the dream, etc... But it could be fun.
Last night...I dreampt I was at a bowling alley (non-specific) and I was talking to the pro shop guy about getting my daughter a ball. He was pushing the Columbia Scout...except it wasn't the usual color of a "scout"...it was like gold/red. So I decided to get her one and have it drilled...but the guy left and while I waited and looked at the scout. And I started to have second thoughts because I was worried that the pro at my local alley would feel slighted that I didn't buy from him...so I was thinking of just saying "no thanks". Suddenly he came back and gave my daughter the ball (although it was blue). Apparently he measured her and drilled the ball in like 2-5 minutes.
So I go over to the counter and ask "how much" and he says, "well, $50 for the ball. $50 for the drilling. Another $45 because it was a special request. Adding in everything else; $250." So obviously I was pissed and was NOT going to pay $250 for a friggin Scout!! And then the dream ended.

Cool story bro.
Here's my dream from last night, must have been hungry for Hardee's or something: http://youtu.be/v85xuRGwNbA
Because I have many things in life that I need to deal with....like I could make a list of about 50 things I need to take care of in many different areas, my dreams tend to be about not being able to accomplish something because something else is in the way that needs to be dealt with first. Or my dreams are about not being prepared.
So if it's a bowling dream I might not have my ball or be bowling on some weird lane, like grass or something and there's obstacles, or I can't find the bowling alley and I'm late, or something is wrong physically, etc, etc.
So the dream really isn't about bowling. I have NEVER successfully bowled in a dream.
There's a lot you can learn from your dreams. I've studied dreams a bit. If I can get most of the things on my list taken care of so I can relax and not worry, my dreams will change to reflect that.

I had a dream that I was at the bowling alley with my bag and I went to pick up the two balls I have in the proshop and I had no place to put them and didnt know how I was gonna get them home. Weird since I have a big SUV. With nothing in the back of it.

When I first came back to bowling back in the fall of
2011 after a 12+ year break from bowling I had a
dream that I could still put all of the rev's that I used
to be able to get on a ball and still get all of the hook
that I used to get.

Hey,
I can get you a scout for $230 drilled, $240 if you want it tri-grip .
Getting the ball for $50 must have been a dream since it wholesales for more than $50.
I can name that tune for $65 + $45 +$5.20 = $115.20
I don't usually measure and drill in 2-5 minutes though.
If I were to achieve that time, I would expect a tip for approximately $135.
Is this a competitive price for your area or just a special Aslan markup
I know a lot of things are more expensive in California just kinda checking your prices with what I would expect to pay around here
If I was to buy this from the proshop I would have it drilled with inserts and slug for almost half that.
At 230 would be the out the door price around here for any of the top of the line balls. with grips and slug.
