    Hang in there..I know a guy who due to car wreck cannot do the approach bend knee slide trial leg thing. He walks up to the foul line, and then swings the ball back and forth until he is ready to let it go, and then when he does let it go..it still has enough speed and rotation and he plays 25 out to 5 and the ball comes back and strikes 80% of the time, and the strikes he did not get he picks up his spares, and he averages 180 to 190 doing that.

    So not all hope is lost
