Default Rituals you put yourself through before throwing your ball

Do you religiously go throw a quirky ritual before you throw you ball? Is it different or the same in regards to trying to pick up a spare.

I have seen some pretty weird, and strange pre-bowl ceremonies!! LOL

One that drives Iceman Crazy is a guy on our league that throws his ball before the rack is up EVERY TIME!! HE has no ritual! His ball 3/4 of the way down the lane before the RACK COME UP each and every Fricken time!!! He throws it in the air past the arrows, and at a very high rate of speed. I CAN'T watch!! I wish he did have a pre-throw-ritual! Their have been women, and small children that have fainted watching this guy throw!

I guess I have a ritual. What I do when I pick up my ball I put my left foot on the dots where I will stand and keep the right foot back until after I get my fingers in the ball. Once I bring my right foot up I close my eyes for two seconds and take a deep breath. Then once I open them I just focus on my mark and start my approach.
