I never watched it last year, just got into bowling this past Sept. That said it'll definitely be on my DVR

I sort of like it. It's interesting to see different formats and you get to see more bowlers in one show.

Thats what I like about it. I enjoy the competition of watching PBA bowling, but I like watching the different bowlers looking for things I can learn from. Watching their technique, adjustments, releases, targeting and stuff like that is what I really enjoy.

x3, I just got finished watching it and I really like the aspect of having so many bowlers on one show. I love watching the different styles being played at the highest level, and since I don't really have a "favorite" player getting to watch as many as possible is more entertaining for me.

I liked it also. The alternating shot doubles was pretty cool.

Did Walter Ray look stiff those first couple of shots or what?

I liked it. And yes I thought WRIII looked mighty stiff but he loosened up as the match went on. Haugen really blew it for the styles. But I kind of wanted to see Belmonte go on anyways.

Not really. I don't think there was anything wrong with it so why "fix" it?

Like I said before, to see more bowlers and get involved with "Cindarella stories" they need to start the year with a giant field of players and over the course of the season widdle it down to the finalists, with big payouts for the final 5-10. Poker starts with large fields and widdles it down. March Madness is one of the more successful formats and they start out with a large field and widdle it down. Those reality competitions like American Idol, X Factor, The Voice...same thing.

The PBA needs to get away from their old "exempt tour" style where they pick 30-60 players and then just do episode after episode with the same 5-9 guys. And they need to stop trying to find "gimmicks" to get a wider audience. In my opinion.
