ive never truly had this problem that i know of the ball goes right past my ankel maybe a 3 inchs away and 3 inchs off the ground but i do think it helps peoples game not sure what dyds means tho

I know it means Drop Your Damn Shoulder, but most people I know (myself included) set up in the approach with their bowling side shoulder dropped which is how I always assumed you're supposed to bowl. I'm guessing there is more to it than just dropping your bowling side shoulder, I'll have to do some research and see what it is about.

Does this video play smooth for more than 15 seconds for anyone?
I get 15 seconds out of 36, then it gets real jumpy and skips to the end.
