Progress
Just to show how far I have came since I first joined the forum I am posting the following video's. So far I am extremely happy with my progression.
The first video is right after I got my ball and did not know anything about bowling with my thumb in the ball. Simply put I was trying to throw it like my father told me to. Keep. the hand on the side of the ball and pretend I am shaking someone's hand.
In this video which I recorded today is a result of what Rob and a couple other gentlemen have pointed out to me and told me to try and work on. Thank yall for your help. This is still a work in progress though.

Phone does not like the horizontal position to well lol. But like I said before I have only been bowling a month and half now so I'm very happy with how far I have already came. Still a lot of improvements to make in the overall swing and I have all the time in the world to perfect them with me being only 29 years of ageLooking better!
