well im getting better and we came 2nd in our first ever league! :)

so since my league center had their lane machine serviced in jan (i turns out the wicks were all wrong and most of the spray jets were blocked....) ive started to bowl so much better now there is actually a pattern on the lanes!
ive added 36 points to my average since jan so its now in the high 170's ive also hit a 200 every week for the last 3 months and currently hold the high score and high session score in my league, on the last game of the season me and my brother almost took the high team game but missed out by 11 pins
from october to jan this year we were 7th out of 8 teams because there was either no oil on the lanes or just oil everywhere! most of our league are straight bowlers so its never bothered these teams but for the few of us who hook it was a real problem.
last night half way through the last game the lane took a hugeeee chunk out of my ball and the center refuse to replace or repair it its almost as big as my weight hole!
so now im without a ball for next season which starts in 2 weeks! not sure what im going to do anybody suggest any good but cheapish reactive balls. ive been using a motiv 2 cruel for the last year. i Had a tropical storm in my wardrobe but when i took it out i realised i had dropped a weight on it and cracked it all the way around the ball lol!

Congrats on your improvement.

Centers are usually very good about repairing balls that their equipment causes damage to. Surprised by that. Have it repaired in a pro shop. They can fill it rather quickly and depending on color you won't even notice it.

the nearest pro shop to be is an hour n half drive each way then it takes a week to fill it so thats a 6 hour drive to it done. ive been thinking about getting the ruckus fued as its along the same sort of performance as the 2 cruel but wasnt planning on getting one for a few months as money is tight
