Default Motiv Primal Rage, Tribal and Venom Shock first impressions

First off, my specs. 62 years old. Bowling 50 years , Right handed.Ball speed (at pins) 12.94 mph, Rev rate 300-325, axis rotation 45-60 degrees, axis tilt 9 degrees

    Ball layouts
    Primal Rage 40 x 4.5 x 35 weight hole on axis - OOB finish (1500 polished)

    Tribal 45 x 4.5 x 35 weight ole on axis - OOB finish (2000 polished)

    Venom Shock 50 x 4 7/8 x 60 (pin in ring) OOB (4000 abralon)

    Now for my first impressions

Primal Rage - I have 9 games on this ball in 3 different centers. I have not yet seen the condition I drilled this for (Med-heavy) but have thrown it anyway and have been very impressed. Even on lanes that had not been oiled in 3 days this ball got through the heads with ease. It read the midlane as intended and had devastating hit. Even with the earlier read due to the drill angle it is still very angular. If it has any weakness for me that I have seen is that it hits TOO hard and i have left 7 solid 7 pins so far

Tribal - I have about 21 games so far on this ball aand it is a perfect compliment to the primal Rage. With its weaker core but the same cover as the Rage but finished at a slightly higher grit (2000 vs 1500) It is the perfect step down from the Rage. For me as it stores a little more energy so is a little more angllar than the Rage. Like all Motiv balls it is very continuous through the pin deck. The Tribal and my Iq tour Fusion (60x4.5x36) co ver the exact same number of boards but the Tribal is more continuous through the pins. If it has a weakness for me it is leaving the 4-7-9 on flush sshots. When this starts to occur I ball down to my Fusion.
    .
Venom Shock - I have 12 games on this ball in 4 different centers all with different lane surfaces. I have thrown it on an oily tournament shot, USBC Blue (44 feet) and 2 different THS.In many ways this ball has become one of my favorites due to its versatility and its consistency from lane to lane bed. Even though it has some surface on it this ball clears the heads with ease and makes an defined angular move at the breakpoint which is very controlled and predictable. I can see this ball being my goto ball on flatter patterns due to its consistency

99% of distributers carry Motiv so your pro shop can get them if they want.

They seem to be a big name these days... I was kind of scratching my head as to why I don't see any in the shop. Maybe I will talk to the pro, because I really wanted an Ascent.
