more like trillions and trillions upon trillions, the milkyway alone has over a billion counted thus far.

and your right on the head, MP and ICE both, i guess the reason i chose Christianity to represent what i think of God is because there is no church of the MudPuppy yet lol i looked into scientology but it's all science and no God. i firmly believe in evolution, i do not believe in creation, but i believe that there is a God, and he is to big for us to comprehend (love the ant reference i have used it in the past). when you think about how the Earth was made, by shear randomness, a few rocks started clumping together about 15bil years ago, eventually it reached the size of venus, to small to retain significant amounts of water to support life, then it collides with a planet about the same size as Mars and somehow it hit at just the right entry angle (see what i did there) to not destroy the would be earth and instead combine with it bringing its mass to roughly what it is today, the excess that blew off formed the moon, which also slowed down the rotation of the planet for the perfect balance of sunlight for plants and life to thrive. after that this planet was molten rock for a million years HOT LAVA where did the water come from? where did the first strings of DNA come from? some magical random asteroid that crashed in the planet? yes i believe all this happened and that the first life forms rode to earth on an asteroid, but it is simply just to random for it all to be an accident, even our best studies have shown nature to have many variations of life but there is no randomness to it, every adaptation that has evolved on any life form, did so for a purpose. in the end of it all i do believe there is something for us after death, call it heaven, call it hell, it makes no difference to me.

People need to bowl more! Real truths can be found while bowling! Bowling has its way of humbling a conceited, arrogant man/woman!

Default ONLY A select few should READ THIS!!

I am only sending this to those I believe have the mental capacity to comprehend the meaning of these statements. It requires the real deep thinker to grasp these most important facts.

    8 Points to Ponder

Number 8 - Death is the number 1 killer in the world.

Number 7 - Life is sexually transmitted.

Number 6 - Good health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die.

Number 5 - Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day. Teach a person to use the internet and they won't bother you for weeks, months, maybe years.

Number 4 - Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in the hospital, dying of nothing.

Number 3 - All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

Number 2 - In the 60's, people took acid to make the world weird. Now the world is weird, and people take Prozac to make it normal.

Number 1 - Life is like a jar of jalapeno peppers. What you do today might burn your tail tomorrow.

...and as someone recently said to me: Don't worry about old age; it doesn't last that long.

I didn't meet my wife at the bowling alley and she isn't as big of a fan of bowling as I am but with that said she does have her own ball and enjoys bowling with me and the kids as a family on occasion. As for how I met my wife, I switched schools my junior year of high school and was dating a girl at the new school before I got there. Well apparently she was seeing another guy at that school and things got bad. Anyways my wife was my ex's best friend and though we didn't date in high school she was there for me when things were tough starting a new school. I traveled around after graduating but ended up back home 2 years later and that's when we reconnected and just knew we were meant to be together. Ten years later with 2 kids I am happy and can't imagine not having her in my life.

A lot of people worry all about what other people are going to do when they die. They have all these elaborate plans, etc. Who cares? I'm dead. I won't care. Throw me in a dumpster and close the lid. Done. It is very strange to think when you die that your existence just stops - just feel like there has to be something more? Overtime of sorts. Like a playoff hockey game. Traveling through wormholes of the universe? They just found billions of inhabitable planets - do we bounce from one to another? Or could we be born again in a past or future time? Maybe existence is circular - like from 1 BC until 10,000 AD? There has been many instances where someone is born that 99.999% chance had a link to a past person, etc.

Another thing people say - I want to die doing something I love, i.e. bowl, with your significant other, riding a motorcycle, driving a race car, etc. I say NO! I want to die doing something I hate so I can get out of it. Better plan. If I am doing something I love I obviously want to live.

Death is certain, life is not.

Ummm....probably not. You're probably just dead.

Who'd want to live longer anyways? I think heaven would be depressing. Can you imagine making the cut and then watching your kids do a bunch of dumb %&$ and then they die and go to the "hot basement"...and there's nothing you can do about it? If we're going to get to go to heaven and watch down on people we care about...we should at least have the ability to come back down is some cool angel or something like in "It's a Wonderful Life" and tell them what a %*$^their being and they need to snap out of it. Otherwise, whats the point?

Reincarnation makes the most sense. If you're cool in one life, you get to be Tom Cruise in the next life. But if you're a *-hole...you get to be a snail. It's just nice to think when things go right, that I must be getting rewarded for being cool in a past life...and when things go crappy...I can think, "Well...at least I know I had some fun in the past life!" It also helps me not feel bad for people...like this one scary looking girl in the league I sub in...because when I see her I think, "Well....she was probably like Elle McPherson beautiful in her past life....so, thats how it goes." And why be jealous of Oprah...in her past life she was probably like some kind of dung beetle or something?

See, that way of thinking helps explain away the inequities of life. If there is no reincarnation...and it's a one shot deal...then anyone that gets born in like, the Sudan....thats just a **** poor piece of bad luck there. I mean, thats why I believe in a progressive tax system and a more populist style of government...because no matter what a butt-tard George W is; he got born into the Bush family and has always had money, privaledge, nannies, butlers, etc... How can he say he deserves to keep more of "his money" than a guy that has a job at the car wash....never made much of himself...but has the excuse that he got born into a single-mom family...his dad was in jail, and his mom had poor judgement and a boyfriend heavy into meth?? If we're going to have a flat tax...then everyone from birth gets the same stuff...and those that screw it up...gutter. Those that make something of themselves...bonus. Instead, people always want to point to that "one guy" that was born in a public restroom and went on to run a fortune 500 company...while dismissing the 7,000 other kids born in public restrooms that had the average life expectancy of a fruit fly and a 42% incarceration rate.
