See if that gives you a little more of what your looking for.

If I was you instead of trying to make this ball performed more like your deadly aim I would embrace what it does and try to get it to be a step down from the byte.
I thought the purpose of the hole was to make a highly-biased drilling conform to USBC balance standards?

A balance (aka: weight hole, X-Hole etc) hole can be used to make a ball conform to USBC static weight requirements and/or alter the core dynamics of the ball.

yes I did know that! That's why its a good idea to throw your new ball before they make any weight hole adjustments, then you can many times use the weight hole to make changes in the balls dynamics!

Anytime you drill a ball you alter the core dynamics of the ball. Weight hole or no weight hole

YES,,,, lol,,, and that's what ICEMAN wants!! To alter the dynamics! ( I was told that by placing a balance hole in ONE position or ANOTHER, you can change the dynamics to a degree.

Make it snap, hook more, or the reverse! I will talk to Bruce about it.... see what he thinks,,, he knows bowling balls almost better then Art Moffit!

Don't be so HARD on yourself RV!!!! The brain is a very delicate organ, and you don't want to change its dynamic's!!! lol
