I will also be riding my bike out taking some of the route 66 detours!! I would like to stay at a hotel that has the bowling alley connected to the hotel with walk ways,,, I don't want to have to load them back up on the bike and drive to the lanes... Room 66 would be sweet!!!

ITS LATE,,, just got back from Plattsburg,,, WE HAD A BLAST BOWLING AT THAT WOOD LANE ALLEY... had 10 of my good friends show up to bowl and have a GREAT TIME!!!! NIGHT... bowled from 6 pm to almost 11pm had our own two lanes all night.... (remember its a 6 lane house!!) We all brought our own treats, beer, and mixed drinks... LOVE THE Atmosphere,,,, is VERY unique!!! It was a fresh oil pattern 40 ft... challenging, but playable...

By the time they arrive you'll have gone through the entire life savings and gotten at least 2 STDs from strippers...but hey...what happens in vegas...not counting Tigers...stays in Vegas.

Why do you word it that way as opposed to each participant is responsible for their own expenses?

The way you word it, if Iceman gets mad and punches a ball return doing $100 damage (to the ball return, not Iceman) all the participants would have to split the damage cost.

More likely is, if 2 people have to bowl an extra game, someone has to do the math to calculate the cost of 2 extra games divided by X number of participants.

Maybe Bowl1820 can look into the "format archive" and find a way to bowl non-singles with 5 people. For some reason Iceman's calculator is broken and he doesn't realize there's now FIVE of us!!...which makes even teams rather difficult!! El Numbskullio.

Heck...lets just get REAL CRAZY (Iceman perks up)...Lets all 5 of us bowl 3 games singles, then do a stepladders final!!! PBA STYLE!! That way...I can totally lose on purpose...then run the table and climb the ladder PDW style! THERE. Will THAT satisfy Mr. Iceman?? Or is he dead set on making it a team thing so he has some excuse when he loses?

So now the event is Sam's Town...WEDNESDAY. Mudpuppy will video.

In order to probably equal out the effect of the motorcycle trip on Iceman...and because I despise traffic more than anything on Earth....I will be getting up super early...driving to Vegas in the dead of night....probably narrowly escaping death between San Bernadino and Barstow...dodging meth heads like deer....and arriving in time for the tournament.

So what are we doing Wednesday night?? I vote crazy drunk Hangover style adventure...steal a cop car and Mike Tyson's Tiger...maybe marry a stripper....the whole nine yards. If all 5 of us come out of this sober, STD free, and with no drugs in our system...I think thats gonna be a super boring story for the website.

I called Vegas and the odds are on Iceman 8-7 narrowly with me being the longshot at 22-1. However, when you factor in the odds of him making it from Missouri to Nevada on a motorcycle at his age...it bumps him to 5-1.

Rob, since I won't have a car, and it will probably still be hot, not to mention the hassle of loading my 6 ball storm bag! I am looking for lanes that are easy to access from a hotel/motel room. After I get there I would like to just unload my gear, and not have to worry about loading it all up again to go bowl!

If Sam's Town does not have inside access from my room, then can you give me some other Hotels that do.

Virtually every bowling center in Vegas is in a casino and has inside access from your room. In cases where the bowling center is on the second floor (Gold Coast, Sun Coast, Orleans, Southpoint), as well as when it is in the basement (Sams Town, Texas Station), there are separate elevators to get to the bowling center. Sunset Station, Red Rock, Silver Nugget and Sante Fe bowling centers are on the main floor. Sunset, Silver Nugget and Santa Fe have direct access from the outside of the building. Wherever we end up bowling, you can anticipate a significant walk from your room to the bowling center.

I am into numerology, and it's imperative that where ever we bowl, I get to bowl that DAY on my 66th Birthday on 66! Would also like to know if there is a hotel that has a room number 66? That would clinch the selection of which lanes we will be bowling at?
