Well it may not look like it, I feel tonight was a slight improvement.
The first game was a experiment, I didn't use my wrist brace I wanted to see if I could crank up my revs (plus increase speed some).
Since there seemed to be enough oil, I used my Hammer Bad A$$ I knew it would turn the corner.
Well I did increase my rev's without the brace, Normally I average about 3"-4" of flare. This game I was hitting 5" (I carry a measuring tape in my bag).
My speed was up also, I got a little faster footwork going, the problem was control which had my accuracy off.
Game 2 I put my brace back on and while my rev's went down some, my control felt better and I was more consistent.
My timing was better thanks to working on Robs suggestion (good timing feels like: absolutely nothing) working with the one step drill. Plus I was starting the ball sooner

We lost the 1st game by 73 pins. Tied the 2nd and won the 3rd by 61 pins and lost total by 12
While I shot average the first game, The other guy on my team was struggling the 1st game, his ball wasn't coming up at all. He kept leaving the 1-2-4-10 washout alot and shot a 108.
The other team struggled the first game also, the 220 ave. only shot 192. with a 214 for the 3rd game.
