    Default New from Illinois

    Hey everyone! Just wanted to say hi and introduce my self. I'm new, and from northern Illinois...not far from the Wisconsin Border...as I saw another new member is. ( I wonder if we know each other!?) I've been bowling since I was 2 (no joke), and just tore my rotator cuff slightly so am now switching to lefty since I don't want to have surgery. Time to learn to bowl all over again. Have a great season everyone!

    I used to love to bowl the 20 game tournament at Bertrands. I also bowled a Moose state tournament there and made almost $1500.00 in pots besides cashing top ten in singles and doubles and all events

    yet you drive all the way to sunset? Bertrands just redid part of the parking lot this summer and as I'm not sure of the technical term....sanded and recoated the lanes a couple of weeks ago. The shot is pretty nice now...they look almost brand new!

    And yes I'm a little biased, since I bartend there as well. haha.

    STORMED1- a few bowlers and I have been talking about trying to bring that back....instead we started a new tournament since we decided we weren't 100% confident we could do it justice.
