Default Jaescurb gets a coach ;)

Coaching today reviled what my problem has been. It's all my release. My coach said that my approach was good for now he has some small tweaks of it but over all good. But my arm swing and release was trash. I'm griping my ball to much, I'm twisting my arm, I'm also throwing the ball with a lot of arm strength. We worked on my swing and release. It helped my speed drop from 19 to 14 and also got my ball to hook more then 3 boards for the first time. It felt great to have shot after shot at the end smash the pocket strike and with every little effort on my end. So all in all it was a good day to learn

Congrats jaescrub sometimes it takes someone looking for the outside to see what's really going on then the sense to listen sounds like you have both sometimes I struggle with the latter

Awesome news! Despite bowling like crap last night, my coach (who I was bowling against in league) was actually really happy with how I've come along over the last 2-3 months.

From working on all the stuff I've done over the last year, if the changes are sustainable you'll be good to go

    Just practice!!!!!

Glad to hear you're getting coaching. It's absolutely worth the time, effort, and money.
