Default things I am getting a coach with.

when I get back from vacation (3 more days), going to set up a appointment with a coach.

guess I just let him see me bowl with what I am doing now.

few things I am going to see what he can help me with.
1: speed, I am still very inconsistent. first game 15.5 mph, then second crank up to 17+ (still, even thou I am getting consistent with my games)

2: release, about a month ago I change my release. giving better scores but I have noticed an sore spot on the out side of my thump (hoping more from hitting it at home or work)

3: see if I need to change my lay out to match the release the glove with the wrist support

This is one of my biggest problems....speed consistency. It seems my backswing varies from time to time and I cannot be consistent with my speed. Any tips?

speed is not necessarily an issue, as the night goes on i tend to pick up my speed to compensate for the drying oil conditions, yes theoretically you can just keep moving left, but i tend to find that my lack of revs prevents my ball to retain its energy when i get to far left. hence why i increase my speed a little as the night goes on.

if you have a thumb issue it may just be a simple pitch issue, i would say a new thumb slug should fix it without having to plug the thumb entirely

i'm not sure what you mean by "match layout to wrist support" the layout should not have anything to do your wrist support, the only thing that would change is your track and maybe your PAP if the support changed your release that dramatically.

I do move left once my speed picks up, I start moving left.

As for the spot on my thumb. Small burn, 5 years cooking, and 3 years meat cutting getting has numbed my hands to heat.

The wrist thing I think i read into that too much lol

i'm not saying i don't move left, but there just comes a point where you can't move left any further and maintain the same amount of energy and your ball just deflects off the pins leaving weak corners and stone 8's

and i feel ya there i spent most of my life working the grill in the kitchens, still don't have hair on my half my hand from a burn 6 years ago lol just make sure to check your pitch in the ball if it is a friction burn then a simple pitch adjustment will do wonders

I knew what you where meaning, how I stated it my comment came out wrong. I only work a 10 board area gave or take. seems limited, but I learned it from one of my bowling partners. one of those, it works for him maybe it work for me. it did, our over all bowling styles are very different.
