Default hurting thump, middle and ring fingers

I think each of the 3 have been covered but not all 3. all 3, thump, middle and ring fingers are hurting.

thump- could be a symptom of my carpel tunnel acting up.

middle and ring fingering are hurting at the first knuckles

before winter league started, I change my release. my driller just did a basic lay out since it was first two balls, next ball I buy and have him watch me ball and set it up for me.
hoping the week vacation and not bowling the whole week will let them heal.

You said basic layout, did he measure your hand span and all? Was it drilled finger tip? Are your fingers just hurting or is cause its rubbing against the holes, blisters, etc?

If you just had stuff drilled up, I'm going to wager it's probably not the correct span or the pitches are wrong.

If you didn't have pain before when you were bowling and it just started with the new stuff, take the ball back to the PSO and explain what's going on.

He did measure me, finger tip. Just started these past few weeks. Changed a few things. Taking a week off from bowling. When I get back, I am going to revert back not using a wrist brace.

A brace has the potential to change measurements. Were you wearing it when measured?

Start wearing after, stopped wearing a full coverage brace because the palm support was bothering me. Went to a basic wrist wrap.

In the last two months, I went to a bowling glove with support but removed the metal support. My carptunnel started bothering again so I put the support back in the glove, that was two weeks ago, about that time my fingers started hurting

your first knuckle pain is due to negative pitch, you need to have your fingers redrilled to have a slight forward pitch. allot of drillers jsut drill them straight down, then you add the thumb hole straight down as well and it actually creates a negative pitch in the fingers. i had this same issue and after a span adjustment and a pitch correction i lost the pain in my first knuckles.

Get it checked when I get home. If brought my bowling gear on vacation I would have seen if they had a pro shop in the local center
