IceGod - stevia is my new friend for coffee, tea and if I need a little extra sweetness in a smoothie

I am slowly working towards eating healthier and eliminating sugar and processed foods - that is the hard part. The working out is really the easy part for me. Now I am into week 3 and I am craving the burn. Feeling like a million bucks my biker brother. Will be ready to roll, on wood, in June and will not be afraid of no spiders. Let's do this.

Default What you afraid of?? PG-14

Hey get back here!!! ,,, what you afraid of,,, don't run.... my banana has a full days dose of potassium, not to mention other minerals!! Haven't you heard,,, a banana a day keeps the apples away!!

    1. High Blood Pressure

It is known that excessive salt intake and lack of potassium have a negative effect on blood pressure. It is important to have enough potassium in the blood, and bananas are rich in it. It is recommended to eat one banana each morning. This habit will help to maintain blood pressure at an optimal level.

    Reasons to go Bananas!!

    2. Depression

Tryptophan is found in bananas in the form of serotonin, which is considered the happiness hormone. Just one banana is enough to increase the level of this hormone. Increasing serotonin is so effective, that it can make you feel calm and happy within minutes.

    3. Stress

Stress speeds up the metabolism which causes potassium levels to decline. Balance can be achieved by consuming banana because they contain a lot of potassium which can to normalize the heart’s action. Also, bananas help regulate the proper amount of water in the body.

    4. Constipation

Bananas contain pectin, a dietetic fiber which speeds up digestion and stimulates the removal of toxins from the body. Besides that, bananas have probiotic properties and stimulate digestion, reduce flatulence and ease tension in the intestines caused by constipation.

    5. PMS

Bananas are rich in vitamin B6, which has a positive effect on the level of glucose in the blood. Vitamin B also helps to relieve premenstrual symptoms. Bananas can reduce pain in the abdomen, help to regulate mood swings, and prevent water retention in the body
