Default Analysis of the modern 10-Pin Bowling Swing and Release #2

This video was made using slow motion footage to analyze the modern 10-Pin Bowling swing and release. Areas of analysis are the starting position, crossover steps, the pivot step, balance at the line, the timing spot, dropping the ball inside, and generating power.

I would "like" this post if there was such a thing.

Still don't totally "get" the loading/unloading thing though. And I'm still kinda confused about a quiet shoulder versus a "DYDS" type shoulder.

    But...in time...figure all this out.

Another great video that shows a lot. Shows that no matter how you get there there are a few things that most of the best have in common.... even those 'evil' 2 handers... lol
