Because the Jackal™ is strong in the mid-lane and retains energy so well for proper continuation, it is a great piece for a wide variety of bowlers. Obviously, low to moderate rev league bowlers will crush a house-shot with it and tournament bowlers will appreciate the Jackal™ because it is strong in heavy oil, but doesn’t quit.

Review:
I put my one of my favorite layouts (60 X 5 X 40) on my Motiv Jackal and I already knew coming in how strong the Jackal was said to be. My first impression was no different than my expectations. THIS BALL HOOKS!! My first time throwing my Jackal was on broken down Stone Street (Kegel THS) right after league one night and I did not expect to be able to throw it effecively. However, I was VERY impressed on how much the ball did hook while maintaining energy through the pins. Normally with Heavy Oil balls, they force you left because the hook at your feet, and then you struggle to get it to turn the corner down lane because the ball is "burning up" or . NOT with the Jackal!! I was able to play left of 5th error very effectively without sacrifricing any carry at all. The ball is simply a hook monster across the entire lane from start to finish. I have also thrown it on a fresh THS and I was even more impressed! I was able to play about 10 boards further right and the ball ate throw any oil that was on the lane. The carry was just even better when I was able to play further right on fresh! I cannot wait to throw this ball on some tougher, longer, and higher volume patterns such as the PBA Badger and Shark! I would highly recommend this ball for anyone on heavy oil and I suspect guys with a normal to lower rev rate will absolutely love this ball on a THS!! Do not waste anymore time and drill yours today!!! Get MOTIVateddddd!!!
