Hello from Atlanta.

I've been lurking the last week or so when I remembered that I had a login from April. I'm 35, live in Atlanta and just started bowling regularly. My wife and I played in a beer n pizza social league a few years back and had a good time with some friends, then kind of dropped off. We both got balls last April, which saw a pretty immediate improvement in our low averages to moderately okay. I think I am in the 140-145 range since April (versus a paltry 120 in the social league a couple years back). I recently had my best day of bowling, with a personal high of 180 and an average over 5 games of 159. It's not the impressive scores some of you longtimers have, but it's a massive improvement for me and a great day like that has me hooked to keep working to get better.
