Hello all,

I’m new here and wanted to introduce myself. I came to the US back in 1982, originally from Venezuela where I learned to bowl in the same lanes as Amleto Monacelli. Well, not by choice, then it was the only center in the city with a total of 16 lanes!

When I moved to the US I joined a few leagues and started bowling with National Amateur Bowlers, Inc. ("NABI") and made a few $. Mainly for fun but did take a couple first places (Less than $5000). That was a long time ago, in the late 1980’s. Then life got in the way.

Moving forward to last month, picked up a house ball at Splitsville in Tampa, and the bowling bug bit me!
New ball, shoes, bag, tape…..everything. Been just open bowling and teaching my son. Hoping to get him hook!

Anyhow, sorry for the long intro, just looking forward to learn for you all, everything is soo different! Have been averaging 205, but that is just open bowling with my wife and son and less than 50 games.
Here is a link to a video that I did and hoping for feedback from you all.
