I did two weeks ago and they said they would check up on it. Nothing since and just messaged them again. We'll see. I don't want to seem ungrateful just like OP but 5 weeks is pretty long.
Yeah I understand, I didn't get mine for 2 months until storm said it was delivered to a different address.
