Two foul violations yesterday in open bowling

Not sure if it's karma but when ever I get a foot foul I always seem to strike. Happened twice yesterday when me and my wife went bowling just for fun.

Some lanes will alert you of the foul but still give you credit for the roll. This one didn't. Big old F on the scoreboard. No worries.

But I do like to stretch myself to where I come real close to the foul line on every throw. But sometimes I will slide into the foul zone. To me it's better than being 2-3 feet behind it. There is some middle ground but still working on it.

Interesting, Our alley only turns on the foul line during leagues, never open bowling. I am usually at least 6 inches from the line.
