Automatically merge posts made within a few minutes of each other?

Just wondering, is it easy to combine multiple posts that a user makes in a row in the same thread? I accidentally responded to two different people in separate posts instead of multi-quoting. I know other forums that I have used in the past have had this feature, although they ran myBB instead of vBulletin.

It would be nice if posts made repeatedly were merged into a single post if it's not that hard to implement. If it's difficult to implement, then oh well. Just a thought I had today. I don't really expect anything to come to pass on this unless it's just a matter of changing a few settings.

I know what your referring too, I don't know right off hand if VB has that option (it's not turned on if it does).

I can merge posts through my mod controls, if it's needed. But it's not a big deal if you responded to two different people in separate posts.
